We bring to your construction project the attitude that the job is the master, and we are it's servants. We introduce and foster the Partnering concept among all of the team members. We will effectively replace the general contractor because we have the experience of two decades of construction from the aspect of the general contractor and manager of the construction process, and that experience is now on your team from the outset.

Our staff has intimate knowledge of the contractor and subcontractor market place. We have proven management experience on similar, if not identical, projects. Our people have a record of on time completion as a construction team. We possess significant industrial building experience both individually and as a team and we bring with us the attitude of providing service to the project, the owner and the architect and contractors.

When Matteson-Hudson manages your project, the owner benefits from on time, in budget, quality construction, and coincidentally, that's all that the architect and contractors want out of the project as well.
