Q Center, a major renovation of the former Baird-Ward-Quebecor paper warehouses, located on Powell Avenue, at Armory Drive and I-65 into a showroom complex, with 74,000 sq ft of space fully leased prior to completion. Tenants include Ferguson Kitchen & Bath Gallery, Great Kitchens, Laidlaw Stoneworks, Designers Gallery, and Interiors International.

Underway:

ThyssenKrupp Fabco, expansion in Springfield, TN. This project includes several foundations for steel stamping presses, and is expected to be complete, Spring 2004.

East Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center remodel, Johnson City, TN. ETASC performs out-patient cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Expected completion date, April 2004.
